What is the return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Can I exchange a bed for a different style or size?
We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once we've accepted your return and issued your refund, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get exactly what you need without delays.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
