To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase. Yes, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials. Additionally, returns can only be accepted if the original packaging hasn't been tampered with.
