What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, email us at posieandpenn@gmail.com and we'll provide a return shipping label with instructions.

Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

What should I do if my child's bed arrives damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at posieandpenn@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it for you. We're committed to making things right when problems occur during shipping.

Can I exchange a bed for a different style or size?

We don't process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item first. Once we've accepted your return and issued your refund, you can place a new order for the item you prefer. This ensures you get exactly what you need without delays.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Yes, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, or hazardous materials. Additionally, returns can only be accepted if the original packaging hasn't been tampered with.
